CareDesk TD

Safety starts with accurate information.

Review what owners should disclose and what to do when a pet may need veterinary attention.

Possible emergency? Contact a licensed veterinarian or local emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not wait for email, a quote response or a scheduled visit.

Information needed before care

  • Pet identity, age range and normal routine
  • Known escape, bite, chase or reactivity risks
  • Health conditions that may affect safe non-medical care
  • Veterinarian and emergency contact details
  • Safe, fitted equipment and property access
  • Feeding restrictions and known allergies

CareDesk TD boundaries

We are not a veterinary practice. We do not diagnose, select treatments, change dosages, give injections or provide emergency transportation unless a separate transport service has been expressly agreed.

Medication information

Routine medication assistance is excluded by default and considered only after written instructions, suitability review and express agreement. We can decline any task beyond non-veterinary scope or reasonable safety.

Owner responsibility

Owners must provide accurate, current information and suitable equipment. Withholding aggression, contagious illness, escape risk or other material safety information may result in cancellation and responsibility for resulting reasonable costs, subject to applicable law.
